The service was amazing. Jeff and Daniel and Rod treated me like family. Dont bother shopping anywhere else.

These guys and gals are totally awesome. They have gone above and beyond to set straight a small problem that was a manufacturers defect to begin with. There was never a question that they would take full responsibility for the issue. I guess I just never expected any of it to go smoothly, but it did. I am thrilled with the prompt and courteous service, and the new camper that they offered as a replacement, even though they fully fixed the old one. They actually just hooked us up in the best ways possible. Have spent tens of thousands of dollars there, and will continue to do so. Love all the camping essentials they carry too, from toilet paper to coffee mugs and comfy camping chairs. Toys too! The kids even like shopping, when we go there.

Robert was awesome to deal with, he can dish it out and take it LOL (Robert has a greats sense of humor)

awesome. He got up on our trailer to cut branches out of the way so not to scratch our new trailer. He parked it perfectly. Its in the exact spot we needed. Thanks so much to Richard.!!

went to visit for the Halloween Howler and looking for a chair - ran into Nicki who we knew from a previous transaction many years ago, ended up buying a new pontoon fishing boat !!! Nicki is amazing at what she does - she is incredibly knowledgeable and great at being able to pass that knowledge on to her customers. She passed us off to Rob and we went in to sign the papers today and ended up spending 3 hours visiting and working with him - greatly enjoyed our time spent with him. These people become personal friends after you`ve worked with them!! Great experience and we appreciate everything you have all done to make the process such an enjoyable time

Cant say enough about how great John McLaughlins customer service is. He immediately had our trailer issues corrected and even helped me install my new hitch. Id dealt with John on my first trailer 5 years ago and hes the main reason why I purchased at Autoplex again.

We met Chris Minard at the R.V. Show in Calgary. He was very easy to talk to and made it possible to seal the deal, purchasing a new Motor Home. He has been most helpful in getting the new R.V. all washed up and ready to go. Easy to get in touch with and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns. The High River Autoplex is a very well stocked facility both for parts and merchandise. Everyone I talked to concerning the deal was very friendly. Thank-you Chris !!!!!

We had a great experience at High River AutoPlex!! Our sales rep Marc Duguay had all the answers that we needed. He was flexible around our busy schedule to set up meetings, viewings and signing papers. The deal and financing was fast and efficient. We love our new Verona motorhome!! Marc took all the time we needed to go through all the ins and outs of the unit when we picked it up and made sure we understood how everything worked. Our overall experience was top of the line!!
